Entered Washington, DC through International Airport Dulles (IAD). There was no large line for security.
Went to the CBP officer and informed him I was entering on a K-1 Visa.
Officer was friendly and immediately asked if I had the "packet" with me, showing that he knew the process.
I handed over my sealed packet and he opened it and inspected it.
I was not taken to secondary questioning, nor was there any other real questioning by the officer.
He stamped my K-1 Visa with my entry date and stamped the end-date of my K-1 status the passport page above.
After the stamping, he welcomed me to the United States and allowed me in.
Very smooth entry by a professional officer. Total time was less than 5 minutes at the officer.

Dulles International airport immigration took about 1 hour waiting in line. When my fiancee got the officer, they asked her for medical and asked about wedding plans. The process took about 5 minutes and she got stamped and gained entry without any issues. Just be ready to wait an extra long time in the line because Dulles can get busy depending on what time you arrive.

Super easy. The officer just stamped my passport, explained that it’ll be valid as a green card for a year and then sent me on my way.

Came in on a K1. Waited for an hour until my name was called. Immigration Officer only asked me two questions:
1. Do you have any questions for me?
2. You know what you need to do?
Everything was so fast and easy minus the waiting time. Everybody was very friendly!

Flew into Dulles, Washington DC. The airport is a little dated, and the Passport queues were big. I joined the US Citizens, Permanent Residents, Green Card Holders queue. Was directed by the people organising to the end booth where most of the crew / diplomatic passport holders were being seen to. The CBP officer was polite and looked over my IR1 Visa, asked if I had any food with me, which I did not, and then confirmed my address in the US, once this was done he stamped my visa and then stamped a second entry stamp and hand wrote ‘IR1’ and the ‘until’ line with one year from entry. No secondary screening; I was done and, on my way, to collect my bags, which were waiting for me. Customs did not check any of the 3 large bags, one cabin bag and laptop bag I had with me. Walked through into the arms of my wife and our dog.
